Democrats to America: “You’d better put some ice on that.”

One week after Election Day, 2020, the United States still have no official declaration of a projected winner of our presidential contest. However, this fact has not prevented the media from crowning a preferred victor: Joe Biden. And, many are insisting with great stridency that the rest of us fall in line.

Beginning early Wednesday, November 4, Biden and/or Harris have stepped up to the mic several times, posturing as though they have won. Most of the institutions and media of American society, including Fox News, are happily playing along, calling Joe Biden the “president elect.”

Throughout the latter part of last week, many of us have been admonished fiercely and/or mockingly by liberal friends that “It’s over,” and that we need to just “accept the result,” because “the American people spoken, and they chose Biden and Harris.”

Hold on, there. Have they?

In fact, whether what we are hearing is actually what the American people have spoken is precisely the question that needs a real answer. And, tellingly, it is the single question that the leftist establishment insists we must not ask.

This election has been anything but transparent. We’ve seen this chaos coming for months, as Democrats have been moving furiously, in the election lead-up, to change rules, removing the very safeguards that were designed to prevent fraud.

No, a Biden win is not known, and is indeed highly suspect for a variety of reasons.

Who’s afraid of the light?

In such a context, it is most interesting to watch the behavior of the various parties.

Republican poll watchers have been shut out of precincts that they are legally allowed to watch, in areas known for fraud. Democrats have fought tooth and nail against voter ID and other mechanisms designed to ensure that only eligible voters cast ballots and that they only do so once. Widely used electronic voting software has flipped votes from Republicans to Democrats (why does it always go only one way?). There is video evidence of destruction of votes for Donald Trump.

Voting machines that helped Democrats by shifting Trump votes to Biden in Michigan’s Antrim County are linked to high-ranking Democrats. These machines are used in many other counties, as well. Even the director of the Fox News Decision Desk who called Arizona for Biden on Election Night is a major Democrat donor. Multiple postal workers have come forward to testify that they were told to hand stamp late mail ballots for November 3.

Google, Facebook, and Twitter all put their thumbs on the scale in favor of the Democrats during this election. Questionable and dramatic shifts in vote tallies have occurred that still need analysis, but that are reminiscent of documented electronic vote-switching in past elections, and statistical anomalies that are red flags for tampering and manipulation in favor of the Biden/Harris ticket are being noted.

Many of the odd patterns and incongruent results appear only to be happening in swing states.

Furthermore, the county boards of election in Pennsylvania have not been following the guidance of the Pennsylvania Secretary of State to segregate and secure ballots received after 8pm on November 3, but were rather co-mingling them with other ballots, leading to an administrative injunction on November 6 by Justice Samuel Alito, pending consideration of the full Court.

And even with the decks stacked so strongly against Trump, the margins are still razor thin in the most crucial places.

Innocents don’t act like this

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, speaking on the Mark Levin Show on November 9, said, “There is one party in America that opposes voter ID. There is one party that opposes verifying signatures, verifying citizenship, verifying residency, verifying voter eligibility. That party is the Democrat Party.”

“Now, that is factually accurate,” answered Levin, “They have brought litigation, they have attacked people who want to put in place these boundaries to ensure that the people who are voting are the people who are allowed to vote. So, there is no disputing, whether people like it or not, that is a fact.”

“That is a fact,” continued McEnany, “And, you don’t take these positions because you want an honest election. On the contrary, Mark. You don’t oppose an audit of the vote because you want an accurate count. You don’t oppose our efforts at transparency because you have nothing to hide. When you take these positions, you are welcoming fraud. You are welcoming illegal voting. That is a fact. That is basic common sense that every American citizen can understand. And that is the posture of today’s Democrat Party.”

McEnany is right: Those who are not doing anything wrong are not afraid of the light. And those who don’t intend to do wrong don’t act the way the Democrats have been acting.

Orchestrated

Throughout 2020, the Democrats and the left seem to have been carefully planning the assault that we’ve just experienced. What happened last Tuesday and all this week apparently follows a script written and revised with strategists, and follows a larger strategy employed by the left for years. Yes, America was led into a dark alley as Democrats circumvented the Constitution by changing election law in places like Pennsylvania without the involvement of the State legislature.

The plan to take this election for Biden and Harris at all costs was calculated and announced. It has been gamed out, with the Coronavirus, the extension of deadlines for receipt and counting of ballots, the removal or relaxation of criteria for acceptance of ballots are designed to protect against fraud, the prevention of poll watchers from properly observing the count elements or tools of the strategy. They are part of the premeditated theft of America’s innocence.

Victims of assault have seen this story before. The most painful part of such an ordeal usually comes afterward, when the victim is told to be quiet, told that no one is going to believe them if they speak up, or (if they do) that no one is going to care. Perhaps worst of all, abusers often blame the victim or attack the victim’s character, especially if the victim has the courage to come forward. The cocky confidence of the assailant, who seems to know that the victim will keep the conspiracy of silence in the end, often under agony, bearing the shame and anger in solitude, is often manifested in words like those allegedly spoken by future President Bill Clinton to Juanita Broaddrick concerning her bleeding lip after he allegedly raped her during what was supposed to be a campaign meeting: “You’d better put some ice on that.”

Then, of course, there is the gaslighting: Victims are told that they’re crazy for thinking that what they just experienced actually happened. They must have imagined the whole thing, or, alternately, it was their own fault.

If actual trauma like this has happened to you, you are not alone. I am truly sad for your loss and your experience of violation and injustice.

Not all assault is sexual, and not all abused are women: In fact, most people have been victims of assault in life. Professional. Personal. Even abuse of power by church leaders.

Plausible deniability

Why do so many abusers get away with their crimes, sometimes for years or decades, without getting caught or even openly accused? One reason, beyond those already mentioned above, is the setting and context in which the assault takes place. If there is no way to prove what happened, if there are no witnesses except the abuser and victim, and if there is no paper trail or hard evidence, then the situation becomes a case of “he said / she said.” Even if others have a gut sense of what happened, an abuser can often create enough doubt in the eyes of the public, and the eyes of the law, to evade ultimate accountability.

The knowledge of this sad reality alone is often enough to keep a victim from speaking up at all.

Cast of Characters

Who’s who in this assault drama of the 2020 American elections? Here’s how I see it:

The Democratic Party, with its insatiable need for power and protection at any cost, plays the role of Jeffrey Epstein.

The media, academia, and government insiders, who are abusing their power to corruptly influence political outcomes, play the role of Ghislaine Maxwell by bringing the prospects, grooming them, managing them before, during, and after, via gaslighting, psychological manipulation, and control of information, for ongoing abuse.

And we, the American people, are the victims.

What now?

We sit here as a nation with a bloody lip and torn clothes. Now, we are faced with a choice: Will we remain silent and let them get away with it, “just accept the result” because the Clintons, Epsteins, and Maxwells in our story have threatened us, insisting that resistance is futile and there is really nothing we can do?

Remember, when abusers get away with their crime, they almost always do it again.
